A light, bright and sweet flavoured oolong, the tea is infused with fresh osmanthus blossoms to retain the flower’s fragrant essential oils. Lightly oxidized, this Oolong goes well with foods that are normally paired with white wine, such as salad or fish. Excellent consumed hot or as a cold brew. Steep 6g in a teapot of boiling water for 3 minutes.
