Plantation’s Masala Chai is made from the best quality Assam tea from the lowlands of Khongea Tea Estate. It is full-bodied, brisk, bright in colour and is infused with a rare Keralan spice of cinnamon, cardamom, aniseed, cloves, black pepper and rose petals. Our chai is fragrant and alluring, making any kitchen smell divine! Steep 6g in 200ml of boiling water for 3 minutes over the stove. Then add fresh milk and return to a boil until a thin film of milk forms at the top. Add sugar to taste.
